Larry Jones
Larry Jones, manager of power generators, brings knowledge and expertise to CTUA from his career with Oklahoma Gas & Electric. He started with OG&E in 1970 as a ground man #3. After five years, he made top lineman. In 1982, he was promoted to line foreman. Larry was named construction foreman in 1987. He retired from OG&E in September of 2003. In September of 2004, Larry came to work for CTUA. Larry gained his Class C water and waste water licenses from the Department of Environmental Quality. He oversees the Safety program with CTUA and also the lagoon maintenance at Salt Creek and Riverwind. His more than 30 years of experience is a wonderful benefit to the CTUA team.

Glenn Lance
Glenn Lance is the commercial and industrial HVAC director for CTUA. He worked at Valero Energy Corporation/Total Petroleum for 22 years in various process units, terminals and pipeline operations. As assistant director of operations, Glenn oversees the HVAC department, which is an extensive part of CTUA’s operations. He began working for CTUA in 2012 and is a valuable asset to the CTUA.

Jimmy Moore
Jimmy Moore, manager of power generation, and his team of technicians are the backbone to the preventative maintenance program for all of the Chickasaw Nation’s power generation systems. In 2006, Jimmy started his career with Chickasaw Tribal Utility Authority. Jimmy brings with him over 15 years of power generation experience on Cummins power systems, Kohler power systems, Generac power systems, and ASCO transfer switches, and 20+ years of engine experience on Cummins, Caterpillar, Detroit, Volvo and John Deere. Jimmy has extended his knowledge outside of just power generation to include power quality and PLC programing.


Tim Robertson
Timothy Robertson is the water and waste water works superintendent for CTUA. He began his career with CTUA in June of 2004. He came from the City of Marietta Public Works Department with over 11 years of experience. Tim had his license as a Class C water works and waste water works operator when he came to CTUA. In 2010, Tim received Class A licenses in the following areas:
  • Water Operations,
  • Waste water works operations,
  • Water works laboratory
  • Waste water works laboratory
Class A licenses are issued through the State of Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality.
